Terms of service
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern all sales made on the NUVORI website between Niix LLC (1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual acting as a consumer (“you”, the “Customer”). Placing an order implies acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
Our products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustration only: colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Two separate offers are available: the NUVORI Set (hoodie + joggers) and the NUVORI hoodie on its own. The contents of each offer are specified on its product page.
3. Prices
Our prices are set in euros and include taxes. On our English-language site, prices are displayed in your local currency, converted automatically by Shopify, and your order is charged in that currency. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are not included in the price (see section 6). Standard shipping is free to France and Belgium; orders shipped to any other country are charged a flat international tracked shipping fee of €9.90 per order (see section 6). We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time you place your order.
4. Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment has been approved. A confirmation email summarizing your order is then sent to you. We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure.
6. Shipping
We ship to France and Belgium with free standard shipping; the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. We also ship to all other countries, except those Shopify is unable to serve (such as sanctioned countries), with international tracked shipping at a flat rate of €9.90 per order; delivery times vary by destination. A tracking number is sent to you by email once your order ships. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are set by the destination country, are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient; the carrier may request them upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please note your reservations with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. To make a request, email us at hamzaelmajouri@gmail.com or use our Contact page, stating your order number. We will then send you the return instructions. Your refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are specified when you submit your return request.
8. Legal warranties
Our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions set out by the law applicable to the consumer.
9. Personal data
The data we collect is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
10. Disputes
With regard to mandatory consumer protection provisions, these Terms are governed by the law applicable in the Customer’s place of residence. In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
