Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, with no reason required.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with their tags attached.
How to return an item
- Email us at hamzaelmajouri@gmail.com or reach us through our Contact page with your order number.
- We will send you the return address and instructions.
- Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or color, the easiest way is to return the item and place a new order.
Defective items
If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us with photos: we will arrange the return at our expense and send you a replacement or a refund.
