Shipping

Shipping is free in France and Belgium, with no minimum order (estimated 5 to 10 business days). For all other countries, international tracked shipping costs a flat €9.90 per order, shown in your local currency at checkout; delivery times vary by destination. Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it leaves.

Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are set by your country and are not included in the price; the carrier may ask for them on delivery.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags.

To return an item, write to us from the Contact page with your order number: we'll send you the steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked.
