Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

France and Belgium: standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.

All other countries: we ship worldwide with international tracked shipping at a flat rate of €9.90 per order, except to countries Shopify is unable to serve (such as sanctioned countries).

Delivery times

France and Belgium: estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days from dispatch. Other countries: delivery times vary by destination. As soon as your parcel ships, we send you an email with your tracking number.

Other countries

On our English-language site, prices are displayed in your local currency (converted automatically by Shopify) and your order is charged in that currency. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are set by the destination country and are not included in the price; they are payable by the recipient and may be requested by the carrier upon delivery.

If your country is not offered at checkout, it means we cannot deliver there yet. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when new destinations become available.

Damaged or lost parcels

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or as soon as tracking seems to be stuck) through our Contact page: we will open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution.
